Old Mug: A Charming Ocean View Cafe in Songjeong
While driving along the Songjeong coast,
we stumbled upon this beautiful cafe.
We just had to stop!
This is Old Mug, a cafe with stunning ocean views in Songjeong.
From the outside, it looks like a cozy woodland cafe straight out of a fairytale. ♥
Old Mug is known for its wide variety of baked goods and coffee
They are open every day from 6:30 AM to 12:00 AM.
They offer group seating, takeout, reservations, separate restrooms for men and women, free Wi-Fi, mobile payment options, and parking.
Orders can be placed at the main building, which is a wooden cabin :-)
Pets are allowed on the outdoor and deck areas only.
Parking is available next to the main wooden cabin building, in the open space in front of the road's red building, and in the space between the white 'Itaewon 121 X Old Mug' building.
The cafe is quite large, with a main building, an annex, an outdoor terrace, and a rooftop!
I'm already planning my next visit during the daytime.
The main building, the wooden cabin, has a vintage and classic atmosphere.
It seems like the ocean view would be gorgeous from the outdoor terrace during the day~~!!
Songjeong Old Mug is cozy and spacious.
They have a wide selection of baked goods:
Salt bread, financiers, croissants, tarts, ice cream cakes,
pastries, madeleines, brioche, canelés,
more pastries, Mont Blanc, crumbles, pizza, and more!
It's the perfect dessert spot to enjoy with coffee.
Songjeong Old Mug also sells a variety of premium coffee beans that they import and roast themselves~!
They sell flowers near the counter.
The "happiness for 10,000 won" event makes it a great place to give a single flower as a gift :-)

There seems to be a lot to see~!
The Einspanner was perfectly sweet with a hint of bitterness and it was delicious :-)
I also ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew, and it was good too~
It seems like they are really good at coffee!
Both the Lemon Ade and Grapefruit Ade were sweet, tart, and refreshing,
and very delicious~!
The owner is friendly too :-)
