Nighttime Cherry Blossom Lighting at Daegam
The Daegam area will begin operating nighttime landscape lighting along the 10-mile cherry blossom path in Daegam-si starting March 30, timed with the cherry blossoms' bloom.
The nighttime lighting was installed last year, featuring a total of 57 decorative lights along a 400-meter stretch of the 10-mile cherry blossom path in Yuhung-ri, aimed at establishing it as a signature attraction in the region. Additionally, to provide visitors with a variety of experiences, one sculpture and two photo zones have been created, along with the planting of 262 hydrangeas to enhance the natural scenery.
This year, the nighttime lighting will allow visitors to enjoy the beauty of the cherry blossom path not only during the day but also at night. With the added sculptures and photo zones, it is expected to enhance visitor satisfaction. The scenery of the cherry blossom path illuminated by the landscape lighting is anticipated to create special memories for guests.
