A Young Man's Dining Experience
Hello, I'm a young man.
With the new semester approaching, I feel like I've been busy enjoying my time.
As a result, I've been exploring different places, and today I visited Jeonpo-dong.
Jeonpo-dong is filled with charming and emotional pubs and restaurants. Among them, I decided to check out a place called 'Midnight Dining Hong'.
Location: 1st Floor, 82 Dongseong-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan
Business Hours: 18:00 - 06:00 (Last order at 04:00)

Midnight Dining Hong is located in an apartment complex, making it easy to find since it's right on the main road.
Since I visited late at night, I could enter without any waiting.
The atmosphere was quieter compared to the bustling vibe of Jeonpo-dong, which I recommend for those who prefer a more relaxed setting.
The interior was very clean and well-organized.

Do you like One Piece? I absolutely love it!
It's one of the anime I've been watching since childhood, and I still enjoy it. I found cute wanted posters from One Piece adorning the walls—so adorable!
On another wall, there were photos of dishes along with the main menu items.
Since it’s impossible to include all those photos on the menu, I appreciated seeing them displayed like that. Even if you can guess the dishes from descriptions, seeing them in pictures makes you crave them even more.
On the opposite wall, there was a space filled with the owner's love for Lotte.
If you're from Busan, you must be a Lotte fan!
Seeing the collection of uniforms from past to present confirmed that the owner is a true Lotte enthusiast!
Now, let's explore the menu.
The first page featured a variety of soups that caught my eye.
Alongside the main photos, there were smaller pictures that made everything look appetizing.
I was particularly curious about the Gopdori-tang and the boneless chicken feet.
We decided to order Set A since we couldn't choose just one dish.
Set A includes Hanwoo Yukhoe with a choice of soup, and we opted for the boneless chicken feet.
One special aspect of Midnight Dining Hong is the complimentary snacks.
Do you remember Pikachu from snack bars back in the day? It's a popular treat, and I was delighted to see it served as a basic side dish.
While reminiscing with friends, we waited for our main dishes.
The first side dish served was Yukhoe with mini seaweed.
The mini seaweed was portioned according to the number of diners, and I found it special that they included cheese.
Typically, Yukhoe is enjoyed with pear, but it was intriguing to try it with cheese here.
I topped the Yukhoe with an egg yolk and mixed it up.
It looked so delicious!
Now, let’s dive into the Yukhoe experience.
First, I enjoyed the Yukhoe with pear for a refreshing taste.
This gives you the classic coolness of Yukhoe.
Next, I tried the cheese they provided!
I’m not fond of overly rich flavors, so I added some wasabi on top.
For the third bite, I wrapped the Yukhoe in the seaweed. I love salty flavors, and the combination of seaweed and Yukhoe worked perfectly.
The Yukhoe was so fresh and delicious; it was definitely the highlight!
While we were indulging, the boneless chicken feet arrived.
The bowl was deep, filled with plenty of chicken feet.
The accompanying bean sprouts and vegetables were crisp and refreshing.
As we enjoyed our drinks, I noticed a fun game next to us.
It was a drinking game where you place a soju glass in front of you, and when you make eye contact with the toy from the Squid Game, you take a shot.
It was simple, exciting, and fun!
If you visit, I recommend trying this for your last shot—it was enjoyable and delicious.
This place also offers delivery, and I heard many people ordering while we were eating. I highly recommend it!
Today, I visited Midnight Dining Hong, located in the back of Jeonpo-dong, Busan.
With plenty of interesting sights and incredibly tasty food, I left feeling great. Thank you!
