From February 26, 2026, to February 25, 2028 (excluding public holidays)

📥 Application Method

Applications can be submitted by mail or in person

(to local governments and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission)

The subjects include anti-Japanese independence movements, civilian casualties before and after the Korean War,

and human rights violations during the authoritarian period.
