Voting Procedure Guide for June 3rd Election
Hello, this is Sinan-gun.
As we approach the election date on June 3rd,
we would like to guide voters on the voting procedures.
Familiarizing yourself with the process at the polling station
will make your voting experience more convenient.
📈 Entering the Polling Station
Upon arrival, please follow the instructions and wait in line.
You will enter the station when it's your turn.
1️⃣ Identity Verification
Present your ID to the election staff for verification.
📈 Accepted Forms of ID:
✓ Resident Registration Card
✓ Driver's License
✓ Passport
✓ Mobile ID, etc.
2️⃣ Sign or Stamp
Sign your name or stamp on the voter registration list.
3️⃣ Receive the First Ballot
You will receive three ballots.
* The number of ballots may vary by region.
✓ Sejong City, Jeju City, and areas conducting by-elections: 4 ballots
✓ Seogwipo City, Jeju: 5 ballots
4️⃣ Marking the Ballot (1st Round)
Enter the voting booth and mark your ballot.
✔ Please mark only once with the marking tool.
✔ After marking, fold the ballot in half.
5️⃣ Place in the Ballot Box (1st Round)
Insert the three marked ballots into the ballot box.
6️⃣ Receive the Second Ballot
You will receive four more ballots.
* This does not apply to Sejong City and Jeju.
7️⃣ Marking the Ballot (2nd Round)
Re-enter the voting booth and mark your ballot.
✔ Please mark only once with the marking tool.
✔ After marking, fold the ballot in half.
8️⃣ Place in the Ballot Box (2nd Round)
When you place the marked ballot in the box,
the voting procedure is complete.
Please remember:
✅ Bring your ID.
✅ Mark the ballot only once with the marking tool.
✅ No photography is allowed inside the voting booth.
✅ Handle the ballots carefully to avoid damage.
